Crab and tomato pasta

Something easy but a little special for tea.

Crab and cherry tomato pasta with basil and lemon recipe

A simple pasta dish that's ideal to make for friends and family midweek.

Crab and cherry tomato pasta with basil and lemon

Ingredients

  1. 400g papardelle
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 300g cherry tomatoes
  4. 2 x 170g cans white crab meat, drained
  5. The zest of 1 lemon
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. A bunch of fresh basil

Method

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the tomatoes until softened.
  3. 3. Add the white crab meat, the lemon zest, lemon juice and fresh basil. Season and stir into the pasta.
