Pumpkin Soup

 



Ingredients


900 g pumpkin flesh cubed

1 onion chopped

1 potato peel and cubed

1-2 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon curry powder and the same of tumeric

Stock cube 

Salt and pepper

Water to cover


Method

1 Sweat onion until soft and then add garlic to 2- 3 minutes

2 Add curry powder and tumeric for another 2 - 3 minutes

3 Add potato stock cube pumpkin and water and cook until all soft

4 Blend until smooth and add seasoning and double cream to taste
