INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before use)
- 1 jar Luxury Mincemeat (Or 1/2 a jar if you are being economical)
- 1 Orange (Grated Zest)
- 100g Marzipan
NOTE
These Palmiers are best eaten on the same day
DIRECTIONS

| Preheat the oven to 220C and line 2 baking trays with baking parchment (TIP: You can use the paper that the ready roll pastry comes on as baking parchment!) |

| Roll the pastry out flat and spread mincemeat evenly over the surface |

Grate the orange zest and marzipan over the top of the mincemeat

Roll the long sides of the pastry towards the middle so you get 2 rolls joined together

| To make it easier to chop you can place back in the fridge for 10 minutes but if you are in a rush, the recipe will work without doing this |

Chop into 1 cm wide slices and place at even intervals on the baking trays

| Bake for 14-16 minutes until puffed and golden |

Cool on a wire rack and sprinkle with icing sugar
