A 19-year-old Australian baker has unveiled his recipe to make the perfect Portuguese custard tarts at home with ease.
Morgan Hipworth, founder of the Melbourne business Bistro Morgan Bakehouse, posted a concise video on TikTok demonstrating exactly how to make the tasty dessert.
The puff pastry was perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside while the inside had a soft, sweet custard filling.

Morgan began by adding the milk, cream and vanilla bean into a saucepan to a boil.
In a separate bowl he mixed together the eggs, flour and sugar, then slowly added the milk mixture before straining.
'Return your custard to the heat, and cook until it thickens,' Morgan said in the video.

'Grab your puff pastry, now you can either make your own or you could be lazy like me and use store-bought,' she said.
He sprinkled the cinnamon sugar onto the puff pastry sheet, then rolled it up on top of itself and chopped into even pieces.
The pastry was then rolled into disk shapes and placed into a greased muffin tin.

'Boom! Look at these bad boys, dig in and enjoy,' Morgan said.
The baking video has since gone viral and been viewed more than 269,000 times - which is a common occurrence for Morgan's online content.
'Yummm! I love Portuguese tarts!' one TikTok user wrote.
'These are my favourites! Need to try the pastry with cinnamon sugar,' another said.
A third added: 'I want to try make these for Christmas.'
