Molly Brett~ English~ Children's Book Illustrator/Artist~ b. in Surrey, England the daughter of wildlife artist 'Mary Gould Brett.' She grew up in the countryside surrounded by nature and woodland animals. She was encouraged to draw from a young age and attended the 'Press Art School' and the 'Guilford Art School.' It was here where she met life long friend, 'Margaret Tarrant.' Molly Brett started her career illustrating several books for author, 'Enid Blyton.' She authored, over twenty-one books of her own and hundreds of Post and Greeting/Cards for the 'Medici Society,' in London. She is internationally recognized, for her beautiful illustrations of anthropomorphic woodland animals and birds and also for her spectacular work as a Master Fairy Artist~
