Hiraeth
Not just a longing in the rain.
It's something deeper and unrefined,
It's Hiraeth etched in heart and mind.
It vibrates beneath the twilight rain,
A whisper wrapped inside your brain.
No hands can hold it, none can trace,
The deep longing and love of that place.
And though I wander and still I yearn,
Hiraeth is real of this I learn.
For Hiraeth holds what time can't keep,
A love that lingers, buried deep.
