Orange & Chocolate Cake

 A very easy tray bake cake

Orange & Chocolate Cake 🍊

This is a delicious moist cake 💫

INGREDIENTS | CAKE
200g caster sugar
225g softened butter
4 eggs
50ml milk
2tbsp orange juice
Grated zest of 1 orange
225g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
150g chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS | ICING
250g icing sugar
80g softened butter
3tbsp orange juice

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180c/160c fan. Line a 20cm square cake tin with parchment paper.

Place all the ingredients for the cake into a food mixer except for the chocolate chips and beat until smooth and well blended. Then gently mix in the chocolate chips.
