Bull Terriers are a fantastic breed that ooze character and will keep you entertained until the cows come home! But it’s really their adorable egg shaped heads that make them a truly unique breed. They’re strong minded, independent dogs who require an experienced owner but what a gift they are to anyone who are willing to take on the challenge!
Here are 17 facts that you may not have known about this gorgeous breed:

1. Bull Terriers are part of the terrier family but are not directly related to Pit Bull Terriers, which is a common misconception.

2. Bullies are known as one of the most loving and loyal dog breeds.

3. They also have the nickname ‘the kid in a dog suit’ as they are very young at heart and fun loving. These guys have no problem clowning around and leaving you in stitches!

4. Even though they’re fun and loving, they’re also very stubborn with a mind of their own. These brats need very firm parents who know how to handle them.

5. They’re highly strung dogs who want constant human company, if left alone for too long they’ll become extremely destructive.
