- 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Use right away (warm), or cover and refrigerate the sauce.
HOW LONG DOES HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SAUCE LAST?
Homemade chocolate syrup has a shorter shelf life than store-bought, so I usually just keep my recipe in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
CAN YOU REHEAT CHOCOLATE SAUCE?
To reheat the sauce you can warm on the stovetop in a saucepan for about 5 minutes on low heat, stirring regularly. Or, microwave for about 15 seconds at a time until hot.
