Ingredients
- 1 tin (397g) of condensed milk
- 600g dark choc (can use a mix of milk & dark choc)
- 125ml Baileys
Put the condensed milk and the chocolate in a saucepan and melted over a low heat. You could also melt the chocolate in the microwave then add the condensed milk and combine. Once everything is melted and smooth, add in the Baileys and mix well with a bit of beating. Pour into a tin lined with baking paper, smooth the top then put in the fridge to set. I left mine in the fridge overnight but a few hours should do it. Remove once set and cut into squares
