Both parsley and mint are herbs known to have properties that help combat bad breath, and these cookies are a tasty treat your dog will enjoy!
You will need:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 bunch mint, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup of oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil (use your preferred kind whether it's coconut oil, olive oil, etc.)
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1/2 cup low-sodium, onion-free beef broth
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350.
Add your dry ingredients (flour, mint, parsley and oats) to a large mixing bowl.

Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter or drinking glass, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, turning halfway. Be sure to let the cookies cool before eating them!
