225g golden syrup
250g brown sugar
500g oats
Pinch of salt
Melt butter, golden syrup and sugar in a pan over a low heat. Once melted add to add to the oats and salt. Grease and line baking tray with grease proof paper. Cook for 25-35mins 160 oven.
I added milk and white chocolate chunks to this batch, but can leave plain or add in any dried fruit to your taste.
