The 2022 Full Sturgeon Super Moon rising above Stonehenge tonight

The August full moon is also known as the Full Sturgeon Moon. It will be the fourth of four super moons in a row

It's named the Sturgeon Moon as it's believed to be connected to how many fish were caught during this particularly bright moon.

“The sturgeon moon’s name comes to us from the Algonquin tribes of what is now eastern North America, as large sturgeon fish were more easily caught in the Great Lakes at this time of year,” it says.
