An adventure seeking young American and her trusted Siberian Husky have become Instagram sensations after sharing spell-binding snaps of their outdoor pursuits online.
Amanda Tromp posts her stunning scenic images under the handle Goldilocks and the Wolf, where she plays the famous blonde from the fairytale.
However, unlike the conniving wolves who plot against her in the ancient bedtime story, the 22-year-old could not be with anyone safer or more loyal than her beloved dog Kyro.

Amanda said: 'I started chasing photography when I got Kyro. We hiked all over Washington, he's got so much energy.
'Kyro's wonderful, I get compliments on how well trained he is and he loves people.

She had no real intention of taking one home for good, but fell instantly in love with him
Her new best friend gave her the perfect opportunity to turn her life around after being stuck in an abusive relationship, and - inspired - they took to the hills

'He has a real thing for children and disabled people. He will go and sit next to them and let them pet him.'

With the help of her parents - who first nicknamed the duo Goldilocks and the Wolf - the intrepid duo began a photography business under the same name
It is now flourishing online, with 93,000 followers on Instagram, who are all routinely wowed by her breathtaking snaps of Kyro out on his adventures
Amanda was nicknamed Goldilocks by hair parents - obviously due to her long, blonde hair. It helped that she had a wolf, too!

However, her new best friend gave her the perfect opportunity to turn her life around and - inspired - they took to the hills.
Isolated from friends and family she admits her only escape was long walks with her trusty companion.
'If he hadn't been there in that situation, I don't know what would have happened,' said Amanda.
'I had completely shut myself off from everyone - it was like I couldn't really see what was going on.
'I think he can sense things really well after what we went through.

The pair are now best friends who always make sure they are there for one another. Amanda believes her dog can sense human emotion and respond to it

'If I didn't have Kyro I wouldn't have anyone. We really saved each other.'
'He was always there for a cuddle, after it was bad I would take him for a walk. It was a chance to get away.'
