This incredible photo captured the divine moment a hungry squirrel looked to the heavens for his next meal.
The once in a lifetime snap was taken by Martin Patten who witnessed the spiritual scene at The British Wildlife Centre in Surrey.

The 47-year-old from Watford was on a trip with other budding amateur photographers when he spotted the squirrel's bizarre behaviour.
The father-of-one said he knew immediately that it would make for a great picture.
He said: ‘When I first saw the squirrel it was very excitable running around everywhere sniffing out food.
‘Someone I was with held a nut up in the air and he just reached up for it straight away.
Got it! Moments later the squirrel enjoys his nut

‘He stayed there for a good thirty seconds, it was just like he was pleading with her.
‘I realised straight away that it would be a great picture opportunity as it was such a comedy moment.
‘It was just one of those rare occasions, something you don't get to see very often.’
