Baked White Chocolate and Blueberry Summer Tart

Ingredients
300g blueberries150g white chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
50ml milk
1 ready to bake tart case
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 52. Blind bake the tart case as per the manufacturers instructions.
3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl then mix in the TOTAL Greek Yoghurt, milk, eggs and vanilla essence to make a custard.
4. Sprinkle the blueberries into the flan case and then pour the white chocolate custard over and bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes until set. Let the tart chill for two hours.
