HOW TO MAKE FRUIT SALAD
Learn how to make fruit salad the right way! This fresh, vibrant side dish is a spring and summer staple and can be prepped in under 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 c. halved strawberries
- 2 c. red grapes
- 2 oranges, (I used minneolas) sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
- 3 kiwis, sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
- 1 c. blackberries
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. blueberries
- 3 tbsp. citrus juice (I used orange)
- 1 tsp. citrus zest (I used orange)
Directions:
- Toss fruit in a large bowl with the juice and zest. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
