Fruit salad


HOW TO MAKE FRUIT SALAD

Learn how to make fruit salad the right way! This fresh, vibrant side dish is a spring and summer staple and can be prepped in under 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 c. halved strawberries
  • 2 c. red grapes
  • 2 oranges, (I used minneolas) sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
  • 3 kiwis, sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
  • 1 c. blackberries
  • 1 c. raspberries
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. citrus juice (I used orange)
  • 1 tsp. citrus zest (I used orange)

Directions:

  1. Toss fruit in a large bowl with the juice and zest. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
