Oat Biscuits




Ingredients

275 g oats
100 g plain flour
150 g sugar
half tsp bicarb
1 tsp salt
225 g butter


Method

Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until it comes together.  Roll and cut into rounds and bake 180 (160 fan) for 15 minutes.  May need a couple more minutes until golden.  Cool and store.
