You are you, you are not someone’s knight in shining armour out to save the day. The world will keep turning, the sun will set and rise again and you will still be you. This is you at your weakest, this is you at your lowest. Take the time you need to regain, recharge, rethink and breathe in the new life you need.
We all get those days, even Piglet, some worse than others but know this, these days will pass, be gentle with yourself, be kind to yourself and know there are those who have been on this path before. We know the way through, never be afraid to ask for the help you need.
You are your own warrior, be that warrior for yourself and remember it’s OK to not be OK.
