Salted Chocolate Freezer Fudge

Salted Chocolate Freezer Fudge
Makes 18
Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes chilling


  • 70g icing sugar
  • 4tbsp cocoa powder
  • seeds from ½ vanilla pod
  • 280g smooth peanut butter
  • ½ tsp of sea salt


  1. Put the icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla and Peanut Butter into a blender and whizz until smooth. Scrape down the sides and whizz again.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin, sprinkle evenly with a little sea salt and freeze, flat, for approximately 30 minutes until set.
  3. Once set, use the lining paper to lift out of the tin and cut into 18 squares. Store in a lidded container in the coldest part of the fridge.


If you don’t have a blender then beat the mixture together in a bowl until well combined.
