Ingredients
- 70g icing sugar
- 4tbsp cocoa powder
- seeds from ½ vanilla pod
- 280g smooth peanut butter
- ½ tsp of sea salt
Method
- Put the icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla and Peanut Butter into a blender and whizz until smooth. Scrape down the sides and whizz again.
- Spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin, sprinkle evenly with a little sea salt and freeze, flat, for approximately 30 minutes until set.
- Once set, use the lining paper to lift out of the tin and cut into 18 squares. Store in a lidded container in the coldest part of the fridge.
Notes
If you don’t have a blender then beat the mixture together in a bowl until well combined.
